1. Evaluate site conditions—including load-bearing capacity, drainage systems, and the surrounding environment—and, in conjunction with the client's specific requirements, determine the optimal layout for the equipment, access/exit routes, and necessary safety clearances. For indoor venues, particular attention must be paid to ceiling height restrictions.Clear the site of all debris and sharp objects to ensure the ground surface is smooth and level. Lay down protective ground mats beneath the inflatable play structures; this step is especially critical for outdoor installations.
2. Once the inflatable play structures have arrived on-site, cross-reference them against the design blueprints; transport each individual module to its designated area, then carefully unroll and flatten it out to prevent abrasion or damage.
3. Connect the air blowers to the corresponding air intake ports on the inflatable structures, securing them firmly with ropes or cable ties. Ensure that all non-inflation-related air vents (deflation flaps) are securely closed.
As inflatable park projects typically consist of multiple interconnected modules, verify that the internal airflow channels between all adjacent modules have been properly connected. Connect the unit to a compliant power source and activate the blower to initiate and complete the inflation process.
Particular attention must be paid to the positioning of the air intake tube for the central modules of the inflatable park. Once the intake tube is secured, the adjacent module must be positioned to cover it, ensuring that the tube aligns precisely with the corresponding recessed area on the underside of the covering module.
4. Strictly adhere to the instructions provided: utilize ground anchors, sandbags, or wind-resistant tether ropes to securely fasten the equipment to the ground or adjacent structures, and reinforce every anchor point. Adjacent modules are typically joined using Velcro fasteners supplemented by tension straps to ensure a dual layer of safety protection; verify that all connection points are flush and free of gaps to prevent players from falling through.
4.Test all blowers to ensure a stable and consistent air pressure output. Conduct a comprehensive final inspection of the inflatable attraction, all anchor points, and safety mechanisms, and ensure that the surface of the equipment is clean and tidy. Provide thorough training to all staff members regarding operational procedures and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of the inflatable attraction to identify any issues, such as tears, damage, or blower malfunctions. Maintain a diligent cleaning schedule for the inflatable equipment to uphold a professional and pristine appearance.
